1-Banana Banana Bread

I normally dislike Banana flavored things, but this banana bread is the first of its flavored kind for me to enjoy. I usually will have one to two bananas that become soggy beyond repair, so I’ve turned them into these magical bread creations. I’ve enjoyed eating them for breakfast and as a quick midday snack. Super moist and not overwhelmingly sweet.
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup +1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- Preheat Oven at 325 degrees F.
- Mix all the ingredients into one bowl
- Pour into parchment paper container
- Once ready, Bake for 14-25 Mins
- Bake until tops become golden brown
Replacements
*I usually will just do 2/4 Cup brown sugar instead of granulated sugar
*For every additional banana, I will add another 5 minutes to the baking time
